LINOCUT lll print by Papercollective

ARTIST Jazmine Joye (England) ABOUT THE POSTER DESIGN Featuring a figure in vibrant indigo popping out from a white background, Jazmine Joye's Linocut III is complete with all the texture and colour of the printing process. Inspired by the sensual forms of fashion shots and the simplicity of Matisse's cut-outs, a dramatic composition is created. ABOUT THE POSTER DESIGNER The British artist's new fine art prints are reproductions of her hand-crafted linocuts. The carefully chosen blue colour interacts beautifully with the white cuts and the vibrant texture of the material, referencing both the world of fashion and Henri Matisse's iconic paper cut-outs.
